Why AI Is a HUGE Opportunity for Career Leaders

I've spoken with over 3,000 career leaders in the last few years about applying AI to their work. But beyond all the cool hacks, here's what I *REALLY* want to tell them:

AI isn't *just* a chance for career leaders to scale up their impact.

Instead, it's a chance for them to truly LEAD their campuses on the most critical technology of our time.

Because many faculty see AI as the enemy (since it's upended decades of assignments that they can no longer rely upon), there's a vacuum for career leaders to say:

1) AI isn't just an academic or job search question; it's rapidly becoming a must-have skill for every *career* (job postings mentioning AI have more than doubled in two years, LinkedIn data shows)...

2) Which means if we can train our students on how to use AI the RIGHT way today, we'll be setting them up for success for years to come! ⚡️

Plus, all of this comes with the powerful optics element:

If I was a Gen Z student and my career center embraced AI (unlike my stodgy old profs), I'd be a heck of a lot more likely to pay attention... ;)

What do *YOU* think?

Is AI just another tool in coaches' arsenals?

Or is truly a generational opportunity for career leaders to LEAD???
