Pedagogy

During each session, participants will:

  • Get to see all techniques demonstrated live

  • Practice these techniques in small cohorts that they'll return to each each week

  • Leave with homework to apply in their day-to-day leadership and coaching experiences

    • Because this session is 4X longer than my one-hour webinars, we’ll be able to:

      • Cover lots of topics we don’t normally have time for - everything from using AI to analyze exit surveys to developing custom AI imagery for newsletters

      • Have lots more time for discussion and practice - every session will include ample opportunities to connect with other career leaders in small groups and practice applying these techniques

    • In addition, each session will be recorded and all participants will receive both the recording and all resources shared during each session.

  • Where will sessions be held?

    • I’ll host all the sessions on Zoom so they’ll be accessible to participants around the world.
